Death Mosque's response is a valid one. However, I'm pretty confident the intent was to provide a delightful experience to as many as people as possible utilizing Google brand-friendly content. It's pretty clear that it was not intended to be a particularly stimulating challenge for gamers nor as a means for delivering interesting historical or musical content for people that are aware of the composer's ouvre and/or keenly interested in history. So the question is are we evaluating whether it's a favorite Doodle (which implies it connects with you personally), or the best (which implies it accomplishes Google/whatever design agency's aims)?
I said a hip hop the hippie the hippie
To the hip hip hop and you don't stop
The rock it to the bang bang boogie
Say up jump the boogie to the rhythm of the boogie, the beat
My name is Sonic
and I got the tonic
to set your soul ablaze
I rap to the East I rap to the West
I always do amaze
I rap to the North I rap to the South
I do it all with my funky funky mouth
I go insane jump out of a plane
and HO HO HO I sure love the snow...
