My friends used to use "diluted" as a euphemism for "slightly drunk", so maybe?
That's also not the word he meant.
First resignation from Trump's Evangelical Advisory Board.
We have a Republican President who can't maintain the support of business or Christians.
@Arby_Headphones all the gas stations kinda are weak
Is there a Holiday? I don't know how true it remains in the Twin Cities proper, but in the suburbs, Holiday stations always have extra nice bathrooms with like, a bowl of potourri and a Terry Redlin print on the wall.
They're in my top 3 choices, after a Michael's Crafts or any big box home improvement store.
She's definitely one of those people with whom I have a difficult time separating her performance from her public persona.
She seems a very specific type of insufferable in interviews. Like, you would dislike her, but feel bad about it, because the only actual problem with her is that she had very supportive parents and went to a Montessori school?
Seth Meyers has been killing it lately.
Striking the right balance between trenchant social commentary and unabashed "times are tough, we're in this together" light-hearted hijinks.
If someone can find a link to tonight's "safe space" sketch, pls 2 post.
Is there some sort of centralized, curated database that I can just search a given historical figure, celebrity, product, etc., and it will tell me the worst thing about them?
Like, you type in "Matthew Broderick" and it tells you about those people he killed with his car, or you type, "Chiquita Bananas" and it tells you about proxy wars in South America.
I'm tired of having to use Reddit comment threads to farm these answers.
Seth Meyers blew off his opening monologue to just talk about how fucked Trump's response was.
@orbit So, are we to assume the big crossbow was not laced with poison, as one would expect a weapon created by a maester who dabbles in all sorts of bad stuff to be?
Do we have any evidence that poison works on dragons? Like, they're definitely some kind of magic, not just big animals. At minimum, the conservation of mass/energy calculations with regard to how much they eat vs. the kilojoule output of dragon fire means their metabolism doesn't run on real-world science.
